 Fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Building (FCIOB) — 

The world's largest and most influential professional body for Construction & Leadership.  Fellow is the CIOB’s highest membership designation, awarded to the most experienced and knowledgeable professionals in the construction industry, recognised globally for their skills and achievements throughout their careers. 

  Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) —

   Within the surveying industry, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) stands as a recognition of excellence. It is a leading professional body working in the public interest to advance knowledge, uphold standards, and inspire current and future professionals. The prestigious and internationally recognised professional AssocRICS qualification recognises work-based experience and vocational qualifications.

Membership of Residential Property Surveyors Association (MRPSA) — 

A professional association focused on raising standards, awareness, and quality in the residential surveying sector.  The RPSA for independent residential surveyors who are the industry's leading specialists in reporting on the condition of residential properties on behalf of homebuyers.
